Our members of the QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our product, just send us an email to contact us, and we will reply in 12 hours. We aim to provide ultimate and friendly customer service support.

Return&Exchange Policy&How to return

-All Purchases can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

1, if you want to make a return, please email [email protected] with your order number, and we will process it immediately.

Upon receipt of your exchange/return request, our customer service representative will email you the exchange/return instructions and the exchange/return address. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with some photos as return materials.

3, You will receive a refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. FYI: It will take a longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is the credit card.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return

-Accessories can only be returned if they are defective/damaged or the wrong item.

-Items not meeting these criteria will not be considered for return.

Fast Refund

Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it's canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
