Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time
Standard(free for all country): Processsing Time & Shipping Time: Standard=10-20 business days.(There will be differences between countries and regions)

Express(charged): Processsing Time & Shipping Time: Express=7-15business days.(There will be differences between countries and regions)

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

For example, if you order a shirt, it will need 1 day of processing time and then 7-20 days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 8-14 business days.

(*There is a different processing time for different item. You can check the processing time from the product page. Once your order is placed, you can check the order shipping info from the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email.)

Note for taxes:

For most of countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, and UK,etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries' levying rules.

Logistics Service Provider
SF Express and YunExpress will transport all our packages, and orders from different countries. Orders from different countries will use different logistics providers, However, the prices are subject to the following standards:

Delivery failure
Suppose the package cannot be delivered to the designated delivery address due to the customer's non-cooperation (wrong or incorrect delivery address, the recipient is not present), or the customer refuses to accept the package. In that case, the package will be returned to the place of shipment and the user will bear the logistics costs.
